Reconstitution
Vial Size & Water Guide
| Vial Size | Bacteriostatic Water | Concentration | 0.5mg Dose → Draw To |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | Add 1 mL | 0.05 mg per unit | 10 units on the syringe |
| 10 mg | Add 2 mL | 0.05 mg per unit | 10 units on the syringe |
Tilt the vial at an angle and inject bacteriostatic water slowly down the side — do not aim the stream directly at the powder. Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake. Refrigerate immediately after mixing.

How to Inject
Method
SubQ (Subcutaneous)
Into the fat layer just under the skin
Needle Angle
45°
Pinch skin, insert at a shallow angle
Preferred Sites
Belly fat or outer thigh
1–2 inches from navel for belly; rotate sites daily
Injury Targeting
Inject near the injury
SubQ close to the area of pain or inflammation — not into the joint

What to Expect
- Weeks 1–2: Reduced soreness and inflammation. The area of injury feels less reactive.
- Weeks 3–4: Noticeable tissue repair and recovery. Improved range of motion and structural feel at the injury site.
- Weeks 5–8: Continued deep repair. Chronic injuries that previously stalled begin to resolve.
Do
- Keep the vial refrigerated after reconstitution
- Use a fresh insulin syringe each injection
- Rotate injection sites daily
- Stay consistent — daily dosing matters more than dose size
Don't
- Shake the vial — swirl gently only
- Use tap water or distilled water — bacteriostatic water only
- Inject into a vein — SubQ only
- Skip multiple days mid-cycle without reason
